Tae kwon do
When I was young I used to take martial arts lessons at this distant dojo called Master Kwon’s. It has sadly closed down in recent years, however I still carry a deep appreciation and fascination with martial arts and bodily coordination. I truly believe knowing how to best describe, optimize, and stylize movement is an important attribute to various works in media and fiction.

Though it was a bit of a journey, I earned a great number of belts during my time at Master Kwon’s. The color of one’s belt is used to signify their skill level in the martial art, with the highest being the black belt. I never did earn my black belt as due to a rapidly changing lifestyle I had to leave the dojo before I grew old enough to pursue it, but I still have quite the collection from that exhilarating part of my life.

I struggled often in the dojo, but every now and then I would overcome the odds and show how far I had come. For this I was awarded as the most improved amongst my peers on two occasions, on which these trophies are only handed out once per year.
Voice Acting
Though I am by no means a professional, I have grown to appreciate and practice the use of my voice. If I can write dialogue and design a narrative, I want to be able to provide the voice behind it as well. This is mostly a personal practice, and I have not leant my voice to any projects prior.

I have experience using various services to enhance my voice for recorded means, the most prominent of which is Voicemod. I have spent days tinkering with all of its functions and adjustments and have grown quite well versed in operating it to alter voices
-
I have a large pool of friends and acquaintances who have experience in voice acting, some exceeding my own. One of which used to be a professional voice actor, who has been aiding me and has access to far more professional tools.
Reading
I look for inspiration in a vast array of sources, not exclusive to games or movies. I often read in my spare time when I have nothing else pressing to attend to. Books as a form of art give so much leeway to the imagination, and thus the experience is truly different for every person who partakes in their pages.
-
My absolute favorite genre in books is horror, especially when it comes to cosmic horror. Though classical mysteries and slashers also interest me. I also like adventure fantasy and various books detailing the history or process behind other artistic works.
-
Currently I am reading a large book of classic horror stories, gathering some of the best works from various artists ranging from Edgar Alan Poe to H.P. Lovecraft. Thus far it has been a treat to explore these works both familiar and new to me.
